South, the first uniquely down under restaurant in San Francisco, opened in October 2007 to great reviews.

South is the dream of 2 Aussies + a Kiwi. Acclaimed Sydney chef, Luke Mangan, owner of Glass Brasserie in Sydney and Salt in Tokyo, wine maven  Liz O’Connell and restaurateur Anna Weinberg.

Lunch

Monday to Friday 11.30 - 3pm

Dinner

Monday 5.30 - 10pm
Tuesday to Saturday 5.30 - 11pm

Closed Sunday

 

The wine bar and long communal table are open all day. Drop in for a glass and a nibble.
